qbo-mcp is an internal QuickBooks Online integration operated by Carrits Real Estate. It is not a publicly distributed application and is not available for third-party sign-up.
qbo-mcp is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that lets authorized Carrits Real Estate personnel review and operate on the company’s own QuickBooks Online data through assistant-driven workflows. It runs locally on operator workstations and connects to a single QuickBooks Online company.
qbo-mcp is a command-line application installed locally; there is no hosted launch surface. Authorized operators connect or reconnect the application to QuickBooks Online by running the following from a terminal on their own workstation:
qbo-mcp auth login
To disconnect, the operator runs:
qbo-mcp auth logout
Disconnection can also be performed from within QuickBooks Online by removing the connected app under Apps → My apps.
